This site contains no forms. This page describes what is collected nonetheless, and what becomes of the data you entrust to us when you book a slot or write to us.
What the site collects
The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. No profile is built from your browsing. Server technical logs temporarily retain the IP address and timestamp of requests, for security and diagnostics only.
Scheduling a call
Scheduling currently happens by email: the data you send us passes through no third-party service. If an online booking calendar is introduced, the service used and its processing policy will be stated here before it goes live.
Retention
Exchanges that lead to no engagement are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. Documents relating to an engagement follow the statutory accounting and contractual retention periods.
Who has access
Your data is neither sold, rented nor passed on for prospecting. During an engagement, prospecting lists and campaigns live on your own accounts: we have access to them, we do not hold them.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as the right to portability. Send your request to the contact address on this site; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels).
Prospecting on behalf of our clients
Where an engagement includes outbound prospecting, the data of the people contacted is processed on the basis of legitimate interest, with notice and a right to object in every message. Sources, retention periods and objection handling are agreed with you before the first send.
